Mr. Bagshaw currently serves on the Board of Directors of Panagram and is actively involved in other Eldridge Industries businesses. Before joining Eldridge Industries, Mr. Bagshaw served as a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners where he led a legal team focusing on deal negotiation, structuring, and special-situations analysis for the investment management business. He earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Cornell University and his J.D. from Villanova School of Law.
